The ongoing exhibition Art for Canada features a changing selection of significant Canadian historical artworks from the Gallery collection. The AGW is home to many distinctive paintings, drawings, prints and sculptures by such artists as Lawren Harris and Emily Carr, as well as a range of important, if more obscure, talents including Amherstburg-based Catherine Reynolds and the creator of the Pictou Sketchbook, William Hind.
